Nooit meer een lockdown
Dit wetsvoorstel maakt grondrechtbeperkende maatregelen niet het laatste redmiddel bij een pandemie, maar onderdeel van een reguliere modelmatige aanpak. Bij die benadering verliezen we menselijkheid en ruimte voor pluriformiteit. Het geeft de overheid een vorm van zeggenschap over onze gezondheid en over ons dagelijkse leven die zij niet zou moeten hebben. Het maakt normaal wat nooit normaal mag worden.
